Model: Christina.

A modernized version of the red riding hood. I wanted to create a more realistic version of the story, very minimal yet touching.

Thanks to moram, sami and the rest of the guys for helping out.

The usage of the men in masks to me has a duel purpose or message. Of course against the woman in red lost in the woods it has the Red Riding Hood point to it, but is there more to that? Is the woman really just a young girl? Maybe it's from the point of view of her mom or dad that sees all the teenage boys as wolves trying to steal the young girl away. As I mentioned this is just what I saw out of the photo at first glance, others might not see this at all. You know you have a good, quality photograph when it asks and answers questions that a thousand different viewers may ask. Incredible image and excellent work. Creates a whole story in a matter of seconds.

This reminds me of the Queens of the Stone Age music video for "Someone's in the Wolf." Cool idea!

This representation of male power and female victimhood is still so relevant, just look at the statistics on violence against women. 1-3 women will be sexually assaulted in their lifetime. This photo raises lots of questions about gender relations and what can be done about it. How can this fantastic image be published widely to highlight sexual, gender, power and violence issues?

I am very surprised my subtle metaphor was understood by people, I'm very thankful for your comment. Im glad my concept was delivered to you :) I don't know how we can publish it, maybe you can share it with your friends or if it got a Daily deviation, I'm not sure.
